Consider: What helps you stay in your window of tolerance?? Design for yourself a daily self-care plan and do it. Incorporate physical, spiritual, cognitive and emotional self-care (to be shared during seminar)

During Seminar:

Somatic awareness meditation (at the start and end of seminar)

-Window of Tolerance (review)

-Regulation of your Window

-Discussion: sharing your own strategies for staying in the window of tolerance.

Consider: how do you help others return to their window of tolerance?
