Dharma Reflection by Emily Taido Strube

On Wednesday April 24 from 5:30 – 6:30pm, Emily Taido Strube will give the dharma reflection.

Emily Taido Strube (she/they) is a community engaged minister and novice at Bread Loaf Mountain Zen Community. Taido’s unpaid work focuses on providing material and emotional support to her neighbors through local harm reduction and mutual aid projects in the DC area. A life-long resident of the DMV, she currently lives in Maryland with her family.

Meditation Schedule

Morning meditation is held in person and on Zoom on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday mornings at 7am ET. On Sunday through Tuesday it is on Zoom only. A liturgy chanting service follows meditation every Saturday (in person and on Zoom) and Sunday (on Zoom).

Evening meditation and Dharma Talk/Reflection held in person and on Zoom Wednesdays  5:30-6:30pm ET. 

All are welcome, no prior experience is needed, and there is no cost. Dana is welcome. Register here for the Zoom link to join us online.
