Details: Lightly guided mindfulness meditation that soothes the heart and focuses the mind on positive qualities of living. Gather in stillness and reflection, silence and words, opening the heart to the unknown. There will be a guided meditation and some time to talk with each other. You can come in at any time and head out whenever you need to. It’s an open session. Always free.
