Every Friday: Community Cafe in Rutland (on hold)

The Bread Loaf Mountain Zen Cafe is a community meal held every Friday in the Trinity Church Meeting Hall at the corner of Church and West Streets in Rutland. Doors open around 10:00. Lunch is served from noon to 1:00.
All are welcome to eat and to be a part of the community. There is no charge for the meal, but this isn’t a soup kitchen, where volunteers feed the hungry; it’s just a group of neighbors and friends enjoying a meal together. We seek to foster a sense of true belonging among folks who genuinely care about each other and enjoy cooking, cleaning up, eating, playing music, making tablecloths, creating menus, and just being together.
