stillness and clarity through silence, simplicity, and mindful presence.
Daily Schedule:
o Morning Block: 8:30 am – 12:00 pm
o Afternoon Block: 2:00 pm – 5:30 pm
Each day, we’ll gather for two 3.5-hour blocks of silent sitting and walking
meditation.
The retreat will be held in the lower-level Fellowship Hall at CVUUS
in Middlebury, providing a supportive environment for deep practice.
Additional Details:
This retreat is open to all, whether you’re looking to establish a new practice or deepen an existing one. We invite you to join us in this supportive and serene space as we begin the New Year with intention and mindfulness.
A note about the practice of generosity (dana):
Bread Loaf Mountain Zen Community is supported solely by financial donations. The teachings are offered freely, and no one is ever required to pay. For those able to contribute, we suggest a donation of $150-$250 for this program if
you attend in person, and $50-$150 if you participate online. This amount helps to offset the costs of the rental venue, teacher support, and the upkeep of our technology, building, and grounds. But any contribution amount – less or more according to your means – is always gratefully received. Your gift makes programs and practice opportunities financially
