The website has a Primary Navigation Menu — the menu that appears at the top of every page. (There’s a second menu defined on the site — the Footer menu — but we aren’t using it.)
- Choose Appearance > Menus to see and edit the menu.
- In the “Edit Menus” section, select the “Primary Navigation” menu to edit and click Select. The list of pages on the menu appears in the “Menu structure” section. The menu items appear in the “Menu structure” section — the top-level items are not indented, and sub-menu items are indented under them.
- Changing the order of items on a menu: Drag a menu item up or down on the Menu Structure list.
- Moving a page into a sub-menu: Indent the page under another page on the Menu Structure list.
- When you have made your changes, click the “Save Menu” button in the lower right corner of the page.
Be sure to check how the menu looks on the site after you make your changes; it’s easy to get this stuff wrong.
