Meditation Schedule

Morning Meditation:
Everyday at 7:00 AM Eastern USA. 
On Saturdays and Sundays there will be a service at 7:40am

Evening Meditation:
Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30pm (starting June 3)

In Person:
76 Court Street, Middlebury VT (starting June 1st)

Online:

Wednesday Dharma Reflections: Every Wednesday at 5:30pm Eastern USA.
